In just a few days, I will be announcing Fresh ‘n Fun Living.  I’m just working on the details and finishing touches.  I’m learning a lot about blogging and website design.  Probably more than I need to know.

I just returned from Arizona and Raw Spirit Fest.  I was a speaker and I had a booth.  I met lots of wonderful people and came home even more inspired to share the message of health and healthful living.

My website has been given a facelift.  More updates are coming.  This is the home grown version.
