Dr. Ritamarie’s High Omega Parmesian “Cheese”
Written by Ritamarie Loscalzo on August 3, 2009 –I made this recipe up the other day and it was a hit. It’s a raw parmesian cheese alternative that’s loaded with omega 3 goodness, green food magic and immune system support.
Omega Rich Parmesian
- 1/2 c hemp seed
- 1/4 cup ground chia seed
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 1 Tablespoon kelp granules
- 1/2 – 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1-2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional, for a more “cheesey” flavor
- 4 Tablespoons dried nettles
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Adjust salt and garlic to taste. Store in a glass jar. Use as a topping on salads, soups and “pasta” dishes. It’s yummy and very nutritious
Please comment below and let me know what you think. What”s your favorite way to get your omega 3 fats?

Dear Dr. Rita Marie and Tracey,
This info is great. I have been suffering for a lifetime. I can’t juggle the complexities of your information and realize my responsiblity with it, especially due to I need to do in the computer. My mind is the greatest asset I will acquire with my good health accomplishment to come.
I have discovered a Naturopath who did a Compass Reading, which showed 42 elements out of balance. In addition to the fact that I am minerally depleted, needed iodine and a few other things, there are three supplements which I should receive today to balance these 42 elements. As I achieve balance the results should chance the symptoms.
Labido is a fond memory. Your information is right on my money. I so look forward to all the things I am achieving as we speak.
Thank You for your information. I will talk to you again ASAP.
Sincerely,
Clare

Nettles are available dried in many places…health food stores and online. I get them from frontier herbs.
