Hi Dr Ritamarie,

I thoroughly enjoyed your Thanksgiving Feast book. I made so many of your recipes - Savory Stuffing, yummy; 2 cranberry relishes, spicy and w/raisins; raw apple pie; green beans almondine; and the "sour cream" dip. The dinner was traditional with turkey and gravy but everyone commented on how good they felt after the meal. Thank you for the wonderful recipes!

I blew it! I watched myself eating things that I knew were not right for my body, but didn't have your resolve or stamina to resist and go to alternatives.
Maybe next year...

Hi Dr. Ritamarie,

I didn't get to make the recipes in your ebook. I made veggies and guacomole. I roasted beets for my daughter who is having a baby and has a vericose vein in her leg. She's a gym teacher; and she thinks being on her feet all day is the cause of the vein problem. My new chiropractor say it is due to her liver being pushed back; and he can percuss it back to normal. He mentioned eating beets to help remedy the situation.

I have had a cold laser treatment on my liver. This changed some of my symptoms. If I ate avocados every day, my knees would blow out; and I wouldn't be able to walk. Now they were just achy. A second treatment changed my overeating symptom. I seem to be absorbing my nutrients and unable to consume food endlessly as in the past.

I am going to forward an email to you from David Wolf. The list on speakers within has one to listen on Love Your Liver.

I am very interested in your opinion.

Happy Thanksgiving!
