I celebrated by having a 90 minute massage yesterday, started with fresh green juice this morning,  went snow shoeing today, (my favorite winter activity), and am planning a nice hot soak this evening!</description>

A Red Smoothie for Breakfast! (Raw, Organic)
1/2 Cup Cranberries
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/2 Cup Strawberries
2 Bananas
1 Cucumber (peeled for the sake of the colour)
A few stems of Red Swiss Chard (not leaves)
Filtered Water (enough to make it drinkable)
Stevia or raw Agave syrup (to taste...
Cranberries are very sour)

		<description>We celebrated Valentines Day with a delicious gourmet meal at Beets Cafe ~ Herbed Cheese Rvioli was amazing!  My sweetheart gave me a beautiful card and a crystal with a turtle that will hang in our window that cast rainbows of light - when I got home there was a gorgeous bouquet of flowers waiting for me. 

Today is all about self care, relaxing and slowing down after a busy few weeks - sitting in the sun by the lake, walking our puppies and enjoying each others company.</description>
