I used to put the salt and the lemon juice together before massaging...and I didn&#039;t reduce it as much as you did.  I have tons of spinach and other greens in my garden.  I&#039;m ready to experiment some more...and increase my green intake! I am already salivating thinking how good this will be tomorrow topped with my green broccoli sprouts.</description>

		<description>Wow Dr. Ritamarie! That looks amazing! I would never have even thought of squishing spinach down with my hands like that. It certainly makes it look like a lots less to eat in one go. 

I&#039;ll certainly be giving this a try, maybe with a garlic-salt and lemon dressing... Thanks for the great idea!
