  1. My friends at  Live Oak Universalist Unitarian church with whom I got to reconnect today.
  2. A gorgeous sunny 85 degree day in mid November.
  3. The cuddles and hugs from my 13-year old.

    Day 10, Nov. 13th

    1.I appreciate my good neighbors who actually care that their dogs’ barking woke us up though out the night and welcomes me telling them about it.
    2.I appreciate Dr. Ritamarie making striving for optimum health fun and interesting.
    3.I appreciate Dr. Ritamarie putting out a “surprise” for people who participate in this challenge – totally adds to the motivation ?

    I appreciate a relaxing dinner

    I appreciate living in Calif., and all of it’s wonderful produce being so readily available

    Today I appreciate the purple table I use as my desk …. I smile every time I see it.

    I love color. I love the colors I have chosen to surround me at home. They make me feel happy.

    I love all the flowers in the state where I live, I can understand why the Spaniards called the place FLORIDA. It means “full of flowers”
