  1. I am grateful for my dear friend Lindsey Berkson, whom I am interviewing on the radio show today.  She's so full of love and brilliance and I feel fortunate to have her in my life.
  2. I am grateful for the restorative power of sleep.
  3. I appreciate the holiday season as it inspires connection with family and friends near and far.

    1.- Staying in bed to take care of a hurt hip, without feeling guilty.

    2.-Feeling better after a nap, especially because I never nap.

    3.-My cat Shenpa, curled up to me all day long. She is a healer who goes where she is needed.

    1.I appreciate pulling out cherished Christmas ornaments with lovely memories attached.

    I appreciate that my husband was finally able to “experience” Leroy, so he knows now I wasn’t crazy
