We live in a world where stress is considered normal. We are supposed to push ourselves in work to be high achievers. It is considered normal to have an activity to be involved in every night. Our weekends are looked at as a time to rush around doing work around the house, hauling the kids off to their activities, and cramming in as much as we can, before we start the next week to do it all over again. This continued stress can create what has come to be known as ‘burnout.’
The term ‘burnout’ is a relatively new term, first coined in 1974 by Herbert Freudenberger. He originally defined ‘burnout’ as “the extinction of motivation or incentive, especially where one’s devotion to a cause or relationship fails to produce the desired results.”

After experiencing the “perfect storm” of stressful life events that brought on a number of chronic health issues, Robin Treasure successfully recovered her own health. In her journey, she knew she had to share what she had learned with other women who expect too much of themselves, while lacking the know-how about what to do to remain resilient in the face of all they do.
Robin went on to complete her professional training with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Certified Health Coach (certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners), and has received valuable education from the Weston A Price Foundation and esteemed mentors.
After identifying certain patterns among her clients, Robin developed a signature, step-by-step system that guides her clients to dramatically improve their energy levels, mental focus, productivity, and overall well-being.
