I received my recipe book but it has a zipper on it and I can't open it. Is there something wrong?

Well then, how do I open this 'zipped' folder?

Depending on what type of computer you are using (MAC or PC), and what operating system you are using, (ie: Windows XP, Windows Vista, etc.), this can be a difficult question to answer. More than likely, what you need is already built into your computer. Here are 3 very useful links:
