Dr. Ritamarie holds a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree, and is a Diplomat of the American Clinical Nutrition Board. She is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist, with a Master of Science in Human Nutrition. She attained certification as a living foods chef, instructor, coach and teacher. Her articles have appeared in Natural Awakenings, Purely Delicious, Journal of Nutritional Perspectives and many online publications. She is the founder of the International International Association of OnLine Holistic Nutrition Providers (AOLNP) and the author of several books.
