The quest for the Fountain of Youth has been a hot topic of conversation for a long time. The typical signs of aging are not welcome: decreased energy, moodiness, accumulation of fat around the middle, wrinkles, joint pains, and loss of libido. Although the Fountain of Youth is fictional, we still seek that one potion, cream, or powder that will help us get rid of wrinkles, rid our skin of age spots, and firm up those parts of our body that start sagging.
