It's almost mid November and in just a couple of weeks we will be celebrating Thanksgiving in the US, Hanukkah starts right around the same time, and Christmas will follow soon thereafter, and we'll be heading into a new year. This is the time of year where many people who have been doing great with their health regimes start to slack off.
Parties, family celebrations, things competing for your already limited free time tend to distract you from making healthy meals, exercising and in general taking care of yourself.
Now it's more important than ever to commit to your self care.
