Cinnamon to the Rescue!
For a delicious, quick blood sugar balancing quick fix, when you are spiking, try a drop of food grade cinnamon essential oil in a glass of water. I use DoTerra and it is phenomenal.
I am back from vacation and while I am enjoying reconnecting with my inner circle members, practitioner students and program members, it is a bittersweet home coming.
I love the beach and I am already missing jumping into the warm gulf any time I want to. I miss the runs on the beach followed by the dip in the warm water.
Most of all, I miss my son who will be at school for the next few months. I don’t get to see him again until Thanksgiving!
My week off made my adrenals happy, even though I was limited by a dislocated left arm. I found myself sleeping 10 – 12 hours a night, which was just what my overworked adrenals needed.
And while CAFÉ registration is still open, (all calls are recorded and the videos and documents are all in the membership site) we are shifting gears to get ready to run another GREEN cleanse in September followed by my world famous Blood Sugar Balancing Program, B4 Be Gone.
Blood sugar balance and adrenal support are kissing cousins, as imbalances in blood sugar contribute to adrenal burnout and overworked adrenals contribute to blood sugar imbalances.

Chia seeds are filled with Omega-3 fats, minerals and protein. They are filling and are an excellent food for increasing strength and endurance!
Ingredients:
1 cup chia seeds soaked 6-7 cups of water, juice or smoothie for 8 hours or longer.
1 cup raw, organic coconut flour or shredded coconut
1/4- 1/2 cup pitted dates soaked in water or other sweetener (2-4 tbsp)
1 – 2 teaspoons raw, organic, pure vanilla extract or other flavoring to taste
pinch of salt
cinnamon to taste (optional)
Directions:
Stir coconut flour into chia. Chia seeds will have absorbed all of the liquid and expanded.They will be thick and gelatinous.
Add vanilla powder, salt, flavorings or cinnamon, if using. Stir in date paste. Taste.
Add more sweetener or blended fruit if additional sweetness is desired.
For a low glycemic porridge, leave out the date paste and add a half dropper of liquid stevia instead.
If desired, top with chopped nuts, raisins or goji berries that have been soaked to soften.
If you’d like to serve the pudding like porridge, pour nut or seed milk on top.
