Hello, Health-Seeker!

“Wow” is the best word that pops into mind right now.

I had the most incredible weekend connecting with over 120 amazing beautiful souls at Spring into Vitality.

I realized just how much I LOVE speaking to large audiences, and sharing my message of empowerment and inspiration.

We are just getting back to business. I took a day and a half off to sleep, reflect, and bask in the joy of the event.

I have lots to share and will do so over the next couple of weeks.

I have an opportunity for you to share in the event in case you couldn't make it and really wanted to. I also have a way for us to get to know each other deeply over the coming year, and for me to work side-by-side with you to personalize your health plan and achieve a level of health that will take your life to a place you only dreamed about – or beyond!

Here's a great GREEN recipe for March from the above Deliciously Quick Lunch and Dinner Ideas e-Book:

Cauliflower Nori Rolls

  • 4 sheets raw nori
  • 1/2 head cauliflower
  • avocado, thinly sliced
  • Any of the following vegetables, grated or sliced in long
  • thin strips: carrots, cucumbers, celery sprouts


  1. In food processor, grind cauliflower until grainy.
  2. Place a thin layer of cauliflower on nori sheet. Spread to edges side-to-side and within 1-2 inches from top and bottom.
  3. Place avocado slices and veggies in center of cauliflower.
  4. Roll the nori sheet, pulling tight as you roll it up, and place a few drops of water along the seam to seal.
  5. Cut with a serrated knife. Dip the knife in water before cutting.
