Leaky gut is a problem faced b a large segment of the population.  This means that the little holes in your small intestine that normally allow only completely undigested food to enter your blood have been enlarged and inflamed, allowing stuff to enter your blood that has no business being there.  And when it gets there it causes problems, like brain food, stuffy sinuses, brain fog, depression and dozens of other common complaints.  There are lots of things you can do to prevent and repair this condition, and we'll talk about it a lot in our Free Teleseminar on Candida and Leaky Gut on November 5.

Here's a quick tip:  be sure to chew your food thoroughly.  The only teeth you have are in your mouth. If you swallow food that's been only partially chewed, it's likely that it will only be partially digested, and will irritate and inflame your intestine.  Over time, this can contribute to leaky gut.  Leaky gut can take months to repair and addressing leaky gut and clearing candida are important components  of an effective  cleansing and detoxification program.  Everyone can benefit from periodic cleansing and detoxification
