- I am grateful for my dear friend Lindsey Berkson, whom I am interviewing on the radio show today. She's so full of love and brilliance and I feel fortunate to have her in my life.

Today I appreciate:
1.- Staying in bed to take care of a hurt hip, without feeling guilty.
2.-Feeling better after a nap, especially because I never nap.
3.-My cat Shenpa, curled up to me all day long. She is a healer who goes where she is needed.

1.I appreciate pulling out cherished Christmas ornaments with lovely memories attached.
2.I am grateful for friends who are strong and vibrant.
3.I so appreciate my supportive husband who is always there for me looking out for my welfare.
