Dreams DO Come True – Fight Chronic Fatigue and SHINE!

Hello, Health-Seeker!

I'm back home from Florida where I enjoyed the beach sooooo much!

One of my dreams is to take a couple of months and rent a beach house and hang out – vacation, work, and enjoy my favorite activity in the world…being in the ocean.

Do you have a dream?

I intend to make mine come true.

While away, I got to thinking about how I can empower you even more to take the steps you need to take, in order to step into your dream.

Last year, Jan, who I got to know as a member of my B4 Be Gone community, and now is a key team member, had a dream related to having the body of a teenager and the ability to do some amazing things on the trapeze.

A year later, she has accomplished the trapeze magic, and recently demonstrated that she does indeed now have the body of a teenager.

Her daughter, 26, convinced her to go along with her for a “fitness competition” and enter in the “over 50” category. Jan, 53, agreed to go with her daughter, and to her surprise, she was the only
entrant over 50, so she competed with the 20 and 30 year-olds.

To her amazement she took 3rd place in the novice short category. The first and second place women were in their 20's.

Jan credits her new body to the habits she put into place as a result of B4 Be Gone, followed by my year-long inner circle, the Energy Recharge Coaching Program, where a small number of people get to work closely with me to re-balance their hormones and body systems as well as put healthy habits into place.

What to do with those vegetable ends and remnants in your fridge? Don't throw them away!

This powder can be used to boost the nutritional and flavor content of soups, sauces, salads, and dressings.

Yes, it's possible, with this simple recipe from the above Dried and Gone to Heaven e-Book:

Mixed Veggie Powder


Ingredients:

Any variety of vegetable ends and remnants you have in your refrigerator!


Directions
:

1. Wash vegetables.
2. Cut off any visible brown or tough spots or ends, or inedible pieces like cores.
3. Place vegetables in the food processor and pulse chop until finely chopped.
4. Spread the veggie pieces evenly on a mesh dehydrator tray.
5. Place a second mesh sheet on top to prevent the veggies from flying away as they dry.
6. Dehydrate at 110° F 12-24 hours.
7. Allow the veggies to cool completely.
8. Place the dried veggies in a coffee grinder or in a blender and grind into a powder. Add herbs, spices, salt and/or powdered sea vegetables to give it a zesty flavor.
9. Use a pastry brush to brush down the sides and possibly the lid of the grinder or blender.
10. Place in a glass jar and store at room temperature.
