Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 4 Brazil nuts
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic granules
- 4 teaspoons shiitake mushroom powder
- 4 tablespoons Irish Moss gel
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast optional
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup arame
- 2 cups diced mushrooms
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients, except the arame and the mushrooms, in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- Rinse the arame.
- Stir in the arame and the mushrooms.
- Let the soup sit for at least 5 minutes.
Notes
If you prefer a warm soup, set the finished soup in the dehydrator for 30 minutes or lightly sauté the mushrooms, then pour the blended portion on top.
