Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate…

Are you drinking enough water each day?  Here’s a guideline:  Divide your weight in pounds by half.  This is the approximate amount of water needed in ounces daily for normal body processes.  Of course, if you are exercising or spending a lot of time in the heat this summer, you will need to increase that amount accordingly.

A well-hydrated body will assure you regulate body temperature, proper digestion, optimal cognitive abilities, and so much more – its importance cannot be overstated!  (And of course, it will keep your skin looking youthful, too!)
