Introducing “Practitioner Corner” – Resources for Health and Wellness Coaches

A black bag with vegetables promotes optimal health.

Health and Wellness Coaches are springing up all over the place.  And rightly so.  As a society, we need to learn to eat, live, move, and breathe in ways that support vibrant health, rather than drain it.

Welcome to “Dr Ritamarie's Practitioner Corner” where each week, we'll feature an article, a tip, a resource, or research specifically for health coaches and nutritionally oriented health practitioners looking to improve clinical skills and combine functional medicine with the ancient healing wisdom of plants, movement, and mindfulness.

Some weeks the resource will be geared towards improving clinical skills, while other weeks, the focus will be on improving your ability to reach more clients and have a more far reaching impact on world health and thus world peace.

If you are a holistic practitioner or are looking forward to learning how to be a health coach, you are in the right place.

And this week, we're debuting our new column with a special video from my dear friend, business mentor, and client, Sharla Jacobs.  Sharla and her husband, Jesse Koren, are founders of Thrive Academy, where heart-based practitioners learn to create thriving holistic practices, attract clients without being salesy, and reach more people with their empowering message, without burning out.

Sharla has dropped over 60 pounds as one of my private coaching clients and, as a result, is experiencing the comfort in her body, confidence in her appearance, and the energy and clarity she needs to be wildly successful as a busy Mom and entrepreneur.

For more information about Sharla and her programs at Thrive Academy, attend the Client Attraction Summit, and receive a FREE Gift Report, “The 5 Elements to Attract More Clients“, visit Thrive Academy HERE.
