Katherine's Wednesday Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 mango
1 orange
1 inch slice of pineapple
1 bunch kale
kelp, to taste
lemon juice, to taste
1/2 pear
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Add water or juice to desired consistency
