Too many people live under the illusion that their stomach has teeth. Seriously though, unchewed or incompletely chewed food is one of the biggest digestive stressors.
So take the time to chew your food, mix it well with saliva and give your body the opportunity to extract all the nutrients nature has provided.

I've been in practice for 23 years now, and I have a waiting list practice. 2 tablespoons raw carob powder or raw cacao powder
1/4 teaspoon stevia green leaf powder, or 6-8 drops your choice flavored liquid Sweet Leaf Stevia, or 1 teaspoon Zero or Lakanto
Directions:
Boil water and pour over tea bags in a large cup
Allow to brew while gathering other ingredients
Put all ingredients into blender
Add tea after it's been brewing for a few minutes
Blend until smooth an creamy
Taste and adjust sweetness or add water to desied consistency
