The Power of Commitment

Yet many times we are trying to create new healthy habits (the potential HOW), but when we try to do it without being committed and knowing the WHY behind it…it's very hard, nearly impossible. Does this sound like you?

The reason it is so hard and almost always results in failure is because you are trying to put new habits on an old mindset.

But when you have a compelling WHY, it is so much easier to do. You can have the energetic fuel you need to do whatever it takes to start that new business, build more meaningful relationships, sculpt your body, take up lessons or a new hobby…or any host of other goals and dreams you may hold as desires in your heart. But before you can determine your WHY, you must ask yourself this question:

If not now, when?

You can't go back in time, time moves forward not backwards.
