- 1 scoop protein powder (raw) e.g. Sunwarrior Raw Vegan Protein, hemp protein, or pea protein
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons carob powder or cacao powder or cocoa powder
- 3 drops mint essential oil or peppermint extract
- additional sweetener if needed: stevia monk fruit, blended blueberries
Instructions
