Vibrant Health: How much are you willing to change to achieve it?

by | 0 comments

Mahatma Gandhi once said, “As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world . . . as in being able to remake ourselves.”  How empowering this realization is, since we have limited control on life beyond ourselves, anyway!

It’s especially crazy-wonderful given that the world around us is vastly improved by our own individual growth.  Think for moment of the positive impact each of has on our families and various communities when we were living from our most joyful, animated selves!   Imagine our increased influence on the world at large when we are filled with robust health.

So my question today — how much dare we change ourselves, in order to achieve personal greatness?
