Healthcare Has Changed. Have You Kept Up?
Your clients can access more health information than ever before at the click of a button.
Wearable dataGenetic reportsFunctional labsCGM readingsSupplement plansPodcast adviceAI-generated advice
People need to know what to believe, what matters for THEIR bodies, and what the most powerful actions are.
More testing does not automatically create more clarity. More supplements do not automatically create better outcomes. And replacing a prescription-driven approach with a supplement-driven protocol is still an ALLOPATHIC hype-driven approach.
The practitioner who stands out is the one who can step back, see the whole person, connect meaningful patterns and create a logical step by step health plan customized to each person. That is clinical intelligence – and that is what we are going to CALIBRATE.
You Probably Don't Need Another Stack of Papers and Info
You already know a lot.
You know the gut matters. You know blood sugar matters. You know hormones matter. You know stress, sleep, nutrients, toxins, genetics and inflammation matter.
Imagine a client walking in with fatigue, brain fog, disrupted sleep, metabolic dysfunction, digestive complaints, multiple lab panels, and a collection of wearable data.
Every piece may matter. But they probably do not all matter equally – or at the same time.
The challenge is knowing how to step back, recognize the larger pattern, and decide what deserves your attention first.
Maybe you’ve found yourself asking:
Where do I start when several systems are out of balance?
Which findings are actually driving the case, and which are downstream?
Which tests will genuinely give me useful information?
How do I connect routine labs, functional testing, genetics, symptoms, and history without drowning in data?
When should I intervene – and when should I monitor?
How do I explain a complicated clinical picture so my client actually understands and follows through?
How can I use AI and new technology to save time without allowing technology to do the clinical thinking for me?
How do I keep building my skills and my practice without burning myself out?
These are not beginner questions. They emerge as you move from knowing information to practicing with discernment.
It's Time to CALIBRATE
To calibrate something means to fine-tune it for greater precision, accuracy, and reliable performance.
Take everything you already know and learn how to use it with greater clarity.
The work touches four parts of modern practice – your clinical thinking, the tools you use, the systems that support your practice, and your own capacity to sustain the work.
CALIBRATE organizes those priorities into three connected dimensions:
CLINICAL strengthens how you think.
CAPABILITY strengthens how you use tools and systems.
CARE strengthens implementation, reassessment, and practitioner sustainability.
Together, they express the Science, Strategy, and Self-Care foundation of the Nutritional Endocrinology Method through a fresh lens for today’s practitioner. Clinical reasoning runs throughout, with B.L.I.S.S. helping connect what you learn to the questions you face in practice.
"I've Attended REINVENT Before.
Will This Be Different?"
The foundation remains the same: root-cause care, personalized nutrition, functional assessment, genetics, clinical mastery, practice strategy, and practitioner health.
What’s different is how CALIBRATE brings those pieces together.
The 2026 emphasis is:
- Pattern recognition, prioritization, and sequencing.
- B.L.I.S.S. as the clinical framework for what comes first, next, and later.
- AI and modern practitioner tools used with judgment.
- Clinical workflow, implementation, and reassessment.
If previous REINVENT events expanded what you know, CALIBRATE is designed to sharpen how you use it. You may recognize foundational concepts; the 2026 experience connects them into a more deliberate process from assessment through reassessment.
DAY 1 — CLINICAL
See the Patterns. Connect the Dots. Know What Matters.
DAY 1 OUTCOME
You’ll begin seeing complex cases through a clearer clinical lens – with a framework for turning information into priorities.
Clinical mastery isn’t about copying protocols. It’s about understanding physiology deeply enough to recognize why this person is presenting this way – and what the seemingly disconnected clues may be telling you.
Day 1 sharpens the way you think.
We’ll explore systems-level clinical patterns involving metabolism, hormones, digestive health, stress physiology, genetics, functional labs, and the interconnected pathways that can make complex cases feel so confusing.
You’ll practice moving beyond isolated markers and symptoms to ask:
What is driving this? What is compensating? What is downstream? What deserves investigation? What comes first?
And This Is Where B.L.I.S.S.™ Comes In
B.L.I.S.S.™ is Dr. Ritamarie’s framework for organizing complex cases, recognizing relationships, and determining what to address first, next, and later – without handing you another protocol to follow.
DAY 2 — CAPABILITY
Use Better Tools. Work Smarter. Extend Your Impact.
DAY 2 OUTCOME
You’ll leave with a clearer picture of the tools that can increase your clinical precision, save time, improve client communication, and strengthen your practice.
Once you know how to think clinically, modern tools can expand what you’re capable of doing – without replacing the practitioner at the center of care.
We will explore areas such as:
Functional testing and blood chemistry
Using data to reveal patterns rather than simply flagging highs and lows.
Genetics and nutrigenomics
Moving beyond isolated SNPs to pathways, context, and personalized decision-making.
Wearables and real-time data
Understanding what CGMs, heart rate variability (HRV), sleep data, and other tools can add to your clinical picture.
AI for practitioners
How AI can help you create client handouts, organize information, develop educational materials, prepare presentations, streamline follow-up, and improve workflow while keeping clinical judgment where it belongs: with you.
Practice systems and strategy
Communicating your expertise, serving clients efficiently, and building a practice capable of supporting both your mission and your livelihood.
DAY 3 — CARE
Turn Insight Into Results That Last
DAY 3 OUTCOME
You’ll leave with a clearer way to move from assessment → priorities → implementation → reassessment while creating a practice that remains sustainable for you.
Knowing what to do isn’t enough. Clients need to understand and implement the plan; you need to know whether it’s working; and you need the health and clarity to sustain the work.
Day 3 brings those pieces together through:
Client implementation and behavior change
Helping clients understand why their plan matters and follow through.
Reassessment
Knowing what to track, what to retest, and when to change direction.
Clinical prioritization
Resisting the urge to fix everything at once.
Practitioner regulation and self-care
Recognizing how your nervous system, energy, metabolic health, and boundaries can affect the quality and sustainability of your work.
Live clinical reasoning and case application
Seeing the CALIBRATE approach and BLISS framework applied to complex cases.

Introducing the B.L.I.S.S.™ Framework
Identifying the Imbalances is one thing
Complex clients rarely arrive with one isolated issue. They may present with metabolic, digestive, sleep, hormonal, inflammatory, nutritional, or genetic concerns at the same time.
You could potentially address dozens of things. The skill is identifying the patterns that matter most, the obstacles preventing progress, and the sequence that makes the next step clearer.
B.L.I.S.S.™ gives you a framework for doing that.
Throughout CALIBRATE, you’ll see BLISS woven into clinical teaching and case discussions so you can begin moving from:
Information overload→Clinical clarity
Disconnected findings→Meaningful patterns
Protocol chasing→Strategic sequencing
“What should I do?”→“I have a clearer way to decide what comes next.”
Three Days of Useful Information - no fluff
By the end of CALIBRATE, our goal is for you to be better able to:
Recognize patterns and connect history, symptoms, labs, genetics, and lifestyle into a more complete clinical picture.
Identify what deserves attention first rather than trying to correct everything simultaneously.
Use modern testing, technology, and AI as extensions of clinical reasoning – improving efficiency without outsourcing your expertise.
Communicate complex findings so clients understand why their recommendations matter.
Track and reassess progress intelligently.
Build systems that allow your practice to serve more people without sacrificing personalization.
Protect your own health and energy so you can continue doing meaningful work long-term.
Your Practice Reinvention Plan
3-5 High-Impact Actions for the Next 12 Months
Throughout the intensive, you’ll build your own Practice Reinvention Plan. You’ll assess where you are now across Clinical Science Skills, Practitioner Self-Care, and Business Success Strategy; clarify where you want to go; and identify the 3-5 highest-impact actions you want to carry forward over the next 12 months.
So when the event ends, you’ll have more than a stack of notes and new ideas. You’ll have a clearer blueprint for what comes next.
CALIBRATE Is NOT An Online Summit
This is not:
- A parade of disconnected speakers.
- Three days of passive listening.
- Another pile of PDFs you'll never open.
- Or a conference designed to convince you that you need twenty more tools.
CALIBRATE Is an Immersive Practitioner Training Experience
CALIBRATE is built around application: clinical teaching, case-based learning, practical frameworks, live Q&A, and opportunities to work with what you learn rather than simply collect more information.
CALIBRATE Was Created for Health Professionals Who Refuse to Settle for Cookie-Cutter Care
Whether you’re an experienced clinician or still building your clinical foundation, this event is for you if you want to understand the body more deeply and serve people more precisely.
Ideal attendees include physicians, nurses and nurse practitioners, physician assistants, chiropractors, naturopathic physicians, nutritionists, dietitians, health coaches, functional nutrition practitioners, acupuncturists, therapists, and other health professionals committed to root-cause and personalized care.
Serious aspiring practitioners and health professionals in training are also welcome.
Already Experienced in Functional Medicine?
Good. CALIBRATE is not “Functional Medicine 101.”
It is about sharpening clinical reasoning, connecting information across systems, integrating modern tools, and developing the judgment needed to handle increasingly complex cases.
Educational content should be applied within your training, qualifications, and professional scope. Attending the event does not change your professional qualifications.
A Sampling of What We're Preparing

Why I Created CALIBRATE
From the desk of Dr. Ritamarie Loscalzo, MS, DC, CCN, DACBN
For more than three decades, I’ve been obsessed with a question:
That question shaped my clinical work and eventually led me to create the Nutritional Endocrinology Method and train other practitioners to look beyond symptoms and isolated lab values.
Over the years, the tools have changed dramatically: genetic testing, sophisticated functional labs, wearable technology, real-time glucose data, increasingly powerful software – and now AI.
That’s exciting – but more information has not necessarily made clinical decision-making easier. Sometimes it has made it harder.
That’s why I created CALIBRATE.
I want practitioners to have access to the newest tools. But even more importantly, I want you to develop the clinical thinking necessary to know when to use them, how to interpret them in context, and what to do with the information once you have it.
Because ultimately, the person sitting across from you doesn’t need more data. They need someone who can see their history, physiology, patterns, obstacles, and priorities – and help them know what to do next.
That’s the practitioner I want to help you become.
Love, health and joy,

What if one clinical insight helps you finally see a complex case differently?
What if one framework helps you prioritize more confidently when several issues compete for your attention?
What if one tool helps you use labs, genetics, wearables, or AI with greater clarity?
What if one conversation – or your Practice Reinvention Plan – gives you the focus to approach your practice differently?
Sometimes one clearer pattern, one better question, or one more confident decision can change what happens next.

You Don't Need to Know Everything
You need to know how to think: ask better questions, recognize patterns, identify what you’re missing, choose the right tool, decide what matters first, and explain the plan clearly.
You need to know how to reassess when things change – and how to keep learning without constantly feeling as though you’re falling behind.
CALIBRATE is designed to help you develop that kind of mastery – not by giving you more disconnected information, but by helping you think more clearly, connect more deeply, and apply what you know with greater precision.
Let's Build a New Future for Healthcare TOGETHER
AI will keep evolving. Testing will improve. Your clients will have access to more information tomorrow than they have today.
That doesn’t make skilled practitioners less important. It makes them more important.
Because someone still has to see the whole person. Someone has to recognize what the algorithm missed. People are coming to you because they have been FAILED by the system. It’s your job to give them the best care you can.
Someone has to connect, listen, teach, guide, reassess, and care.
That Is the Practitioner CALIBRATE Was Created For
Join us live, November 6-8, 2026, for three days designed to sharpen your clinical intelligence, expand your capability, and help you create better results without sacrificing yourself in the process.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is CALIBRATE only for licensed healthcare practitioners?
No. It is primarily designed for practitioners and health professionals, but serious health coaches, practitioners-in-training, and individuals preparing for a functional or integrative health career can also benefit. The material is presented at a professional level and should be applied within your qualifications and scope.
I'm not a health practitioner yet. Should I still attend?
If you’re currently training for a career in health and wellness or seriously exploring becoming a practitioner, you can still gain valuable insight from CALIBRATE. Keep in mind that most of the training is designed with practitioners in mind, so we’ll explore clinical science, assessment, case thinking, and practical application at a professional level.
I've attended RHOI/REINVENT before. Will this repeat what I've already learned?
CALIBRATE builds on the same Nutritional Endocrinology foundation, with a new emphasis on pattern recognition, prioritization, BLISS, AI and modern clinical tools, workflow, and application. You may recognize some foundational concepts; the focus is sharpening how you connect and use them.
Is this appropriate if I'm already trained in functional medicine?
Yes. CALIBRATE is designed to move beyond individual functional medicine concepts into integration, clinical reasoning, and application. The emphasis is on connecting the clinical picture and determining what deserves attention first.
Will recordings be available?
Recordings, transcripts, slides, and the complete training library are included with VIP. This gives you a way to revisit the material and catch sessions you miss.
Do I need to understand AI or use advanced technology already?
No. The focus is practical application and how today’s practitioner can use these tools intelligently without replacing their own clinical judgment. AI and technology are part of CAPABILITY, not the central purpose of the event.
What is BLISS?
BLISS is Dr. Ritamarie’s clinical sequencing framework, designed to help practitioners organize complex cases, connect the clues, establish priorities, and determine what comes first, next, and later.
How do I access the online event?
CALIBRATE is a live online event. After registration, you’ll receive the event details and instructions for accessing the live sessions by email. You can participate from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
What time does each day begin and end?
Roughly 10am to 5pm each day. We’ll confirm the exact schedule and time zone, including VIP sessions, and keep you updated as the event gets nearer.
Can I bring a colleague or guest?
The VIP Experience includes a Bring a Colleague VIP Guest Pass.
What if I register and cannot attend live?
VIP includes the recordings and training library so you can review the recorded teaching.
What will I leave with?
In addition to three days of live training, you’ll receive tools, worksheets, and core resources to support what you learn. You’ll also build your Practice Reinvention Plan, identify the 3-5 highest-impact actions you want to carry forward, and leave with a clearer direction for your clinical growth, practitioner wellbeing, and practice development over the next 12 months.
There's a lot to learn. How will I actually be able to apply it?
Complex physiology does not have to mean complicated learning. Live teaching, case-based learning, Q&A, worksheets, and the Practice Reinvention Plan are designed to help you translate the material into your own work. The goal is to leave with more than information – you’ll leave knowing what you want to do with it.
