Well Nourished Bones Stay Strong.

Hip fractures are no fun. Yet it's estimated that approximately half a million people 50 years and older will fracture their hip. The annual cost of hip fractures is staggeringly high, estimated to be over $10 billion dollars, and anticipated to be a whopping $16 billion by the year 2040.

Why take a chance on becoming a statistic. Whether you're young and spry in your twenties or post menopausal in your 50's, it's time to take action.

What you eat has a lot to do with the strength of your bones…and it's not about milk moustaches on celebrities.

What you put on your plate as a younger person will determine your risk for osteopenia and osteoporosis when you get older. And if you're already plagued by osteopenia or osteoporosis, the good news is you can restore bone density even after it's been lost.

Of course, it's a lot easier to keep your bones strong than to restore their strength. There are foods that build bones and foods that weaken bones.

In this class, a combination of presentation and demonstration format, we'll teach you how to build strong bones and how to keep them strong through the power of your plate.

Learn to make delicious bone building smoothies, soups, salads, crackers and desserts.

Your recipe and resource guide will not only teach you how to make the recipes; it will guide you to shopping and stocking your pantry for bone strengthening success.

By using the simple yet delicious recipes we teach in this class, you'll protect yourself from the suffering that brittle bones and hip fracture induce and create a strong, healthy body you can be proud of.

What you eat does matter!
