1 cup raw cacao paste melted 2 teaspoons probiotic powder 1 teaspoon yacon root powder or yacon syrup 1 tablespoon chicory root fiber or inulin powder Flavorings as desired: mint vanilla, hazelnut, cinnamon, etc. 2 tablespoons coconut crème butter, or oil 1 pc stevia monk fruit, or erythritol (to taste) 1 tablespoon tart cherry juice optional 1 Pinch salt 2 drops lemon juice Optional: walnuts shredded coconut, or superfood powders (e.g., ashwagandha or broccoli sprout powder)
Melt the cacao paste in a double boiler, and stir in the probiotic powder.
Add yacon root powder, chicory root fiber, and your chosen flavorings.
Mix in coconut crème or oil, sweeteners, salt, and lemon juice.
Customize with mix-ins or superfood powders, if desired.
Pour into molds and freeze until firm.
