Ingredients
  

  • 32 ounces purified water
  • 3 tablespoons greens powder HealthForce, Sunwarrior, Vitamineral Green, or a mix
  • 2 teaspoon mushroom powder chaga, reishi, cordyceps, shiitake, maitake – optional
  • ½ teaspoon ashwagandha powder
  • ½ teaspoon gotu kola powder
  • 2 tablespoons chia gel**
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 drops mint essential oil or 4 drops

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or jar.
  • Shake or blend until fully combined.
  • Enjoy immediately or sip throughout the morning.

Notes

*Feel free to experiment with flavors using essential oils like cinnamon, vanilla, or orange—or go savory with basil, oregano, or rosemary oils.
**Chia gel is 1 part chia seeds and 3 parts water. Make up a jar full to keep in the fridge to have on hand. Combine ¼ cup chia seeds with ¾ cup water, stir well, and cap. Store in the fridge.
