32 ounces purified water 3 tablespoons greens powder HealthForce, Sunwarrior, Vitamineral Green, or a mix 2 teaspoon mushroom powder chaga, reishi, cordyceps, shiitake, maitake – optional ½ teaspoon ashwagandha powder ½ teaspoon gotu kola powder 2 tablespoons chia gel** 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 drops mint essential oil or 4 drops
Add all ingredients to a blender or jar.
Shake or blend until fully combined.
Enjoy immediately or sip throughout the morning.
*Feel free to experiment with flavors using essential oils like cinnamon, vanilla, or orange—or go savory with basil, oregano, or rosemary oils.
**Chia gel is 1 part chia seeds and 3 parts water. Make up a jar full to keep in the fridge to have on hand. Combine ¼ cup chia seeds with ¾ cup water, stir well, and cap. Store in the fridge.
