Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups gynostemma tea hot (Dragon Herbs Spring Longevity Tea)
  • 1 tablespoon lucuma powder
  • 1 teaspoon chaga extract powder
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon astragalus extract powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract or powder
  • Sweetener to taste stevia, xylitol, or erythritol
  • Pinch of sea salt or kelp powder

Instructions
 

  • Steep the gynostemma tea for at least 10 minutes.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Adjust sweetener and flavorings to taste. Serve hot or chilled.
