Instructions
Put all of your smoothie ingredients in a blender starting with the water, then blend until you reach a creamy texture.
(Note: If you don’t have a Vitamix or other high-speed blender, be sure to cut your ingredients in small pieces so as not to blow out the motor. You may also consider quartering the recipe.)
Adjust to desired thickness, sweetness, and lemon and mint flavor.
Pour smoothie into popsicle molds and freeze for 6 - 8 hours.
