  • 2-3 cloves black garlic peeled
  • 1/2 cup raw sesame tahini a.k.a. sesame butter
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon kelp powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add extra water, if needed.
  • This dressing can be kept for 3 – 5 days in a sealed container.
