Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup blueberries, washed
  • ¼ cup coconut butter (whole blended coconut)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch stevia optional
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Place blueberries in a bowl.
  • In a blender, combine water, salt, coconut butter, lemon juice, stevia, and vanilla extract. Blend on high speed for several minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust water for desired consistency.
  • Spoon the mixture over the blueberries and serve.
