Ingredients
  

5 to 6 cups of a variety of leafy greens and sprouts (Here is what we recommend)

  • 1 bunch kale about 2 cups
  • 1 handful broccoli sprouts about 1/2 cup
  • 1 handful sunflower sprouts about 1/2 cup
  • 1 handful arugula about 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 head red or purple cabbage about 2 cups
  • 1 pinch kelp powder about 1/8 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon each optional of herbs: horsetail nettles, alfalfa
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate powder optional
  • 2 cups water or more to desired consistency or use unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons tahini optional, or other healthy fats
  • stevia or monk fruit as needed, optional

Instructions
 

  • Add everything to a high-speed blender starting with the liquids to help the blades.
  • Blend the ingredients until very smooth.
  • Add stevia if needed for sweetness.
  • Pour into a glass or jar and enjoy!

Notes

*You can always leave some of the blueberries out of the blender and add on top, if you prefer to eat your smoothie.
