  • 1 scoop protein powder your choice
  • 2 tablespoon coconut butter or 2 tablespoons dried coconut
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon Siberian ginseng eleuthero root
  • 1/4 teaspoon astragalus powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon rhodiola
  • 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
  • 1/2- inch slice ginger
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 4 cinnamon essential oil drops 1/4 teaspoon stevia green leaf powder, or 3-4 drops stevia extract or lou han
