Ingredients
  

  • 2 carrots large
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Dice carrots in a food processor
  • Add the remaining ingredients. Process until smooth.
  • Remove from the food processor and form into burgers. Place on a dehydrator sheet.
  • Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 8-10 hours or until dried.

Preperation Tips

  • These may be eaten as is or crumbled as a ground meat substitute in “tacos”.
  • Using the basic proportions in this recipe, any combination of nuts, seeds, vegetables, and seasonings makes a good burger or chopped meat substitute. experiment and come up with your own recipe.
