A tasty way to incorporate cauliflower, a versatile food that can support thyroid health, into your diet is through cauliflower crust pizza. You can have a delicious lunch and provide your thyroid gland the nutrients it needs to make hormones by adding cauliflower to your pizza crust.
Process cauliflower and zucchini in a food processor until size of confetti. You may need to do it in two batches, but then put the whole batch back into the food processor.
Add flax seeds, hemp seeds, chia gel, lemon juice, salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and basil, and process in a food processor until it holds together, stopping and using spatula to mix as needed.
Shape on Teflex sheet. Makes 2 personal pizzas.

*Chia gel: combine 2 tablespoons of chia seeds with 5 tablespoons of water. Stir and let sit 10-15 minutes. Then stir again before using.
