Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter (heaping tablespoons)
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Gel*
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons carob powder or cacao powder if tolerated
  • 5 drops chocolate stevia or use monk fruit
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • cordyceps mushroom powder (optional)
  • maca powder (optional)
  • chocolate paste from Longevity Warehouse
  • pinch of salt
  • hazelnut stevia
  • peppermint stevia

Instructions
 

  • Mix by hand and put into mold in freezer if you want “candies”.
  • Pour some almond milk onto it if you want porridge.
