Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 cups spinach (or mesclun mix for lower oxalates)
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • 1 heaping tsp shiitake mushroom powder
  • 1-2 drops mint essential oil (optional)
  • ½ tsp kelp powder

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients with 2 cups of water until creamy.
  • Adjust sweetness or mint flavor as desired.
  • Serve immediately or chill for a refreshing, hormone-supportive drink.

Notes

Optional: 1–2 teaspoons herb powders, 1 teaspoon sunflower lecithin, 20 drops chocolate stevia
