Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup cashews
  • 2 cups water
  • 6 pcs asparagus spears
  • 1 pc medium tomato
  • 1 handful shiitake mushrooms (optional)
  • 2-3 cups spinach or other mild greens
  • ¾ tsp  sea salt
  • ½ tsp kelp powder
  • 1 inch  fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 tbsp  lemon or lime juice
  • 2 gloves garlic (optional)
  • 2 small zucchini (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Blend cashews and water until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until creamy.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
