  • ½ cup water adjust as needed for desired consistency
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds soaked 6 hours or overnight
  • ¼ cup flax oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender, starting with 1/2 cup of water. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add more water if needed to reach your desired thickness, thin for a sauce or thick for a dip.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste and pour it on your favorite salad or veggie bowl.
  • 4.Store any leftover dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
