- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked and drained
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. In a food processor, blend the soaked tomatoes, basil, hemp seeds, garlic, onion powder, nutritional yeast, and salt until smooth.
2. Taste and adjust seasoning.
3. Serve right away or chill for 30 minutes to intensify the flavors.
Delicious on spiralized zucchini, as a dip, or stuffed into mushroom caps.
