Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked and drained
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a food processor, blend the soaked tomatoes, basil, hemp seeds, garlic, onion powder, nutritional yeast, and salt until smooth.
  • 2. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • 3. Serve right away or chill for 30 minutes to intensify the flavors.
  • Delicious on spiralized zucchini, as a dip, or stuffed into mushroom caps.
