Energizing Vegetable Spread | Hormone Balancing Spread

To make this dish, simply place all the ingredients in a food processor, process until smooth, and then transfer to a flaxseed or coconut wrap, spread on a piece of nori, or consume with sliced vegetables.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 stalk broccoli
  • 1 handful dandelion greens or arugula
  • 1 protein powder scoop
  • 2 carrots optional
  • 4 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds soaked for 4 – 6 hours
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon kelp powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Celtic Himalayan, or pink sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
  • Adjust seasonings to taste.
  • Spread onto a flaxseed wrap, coconut wrap, spread on to a sheet of nori, or eat with sliced vegetables.
