Grain Free Keto-Friendly Plant-based Vegan Bagels
These tasty bagels are made with just four basic ingredients, and you can tailor them to your preferences by adding different herbs and spices. Additionally, we provide two methods for making them. If you are in a rush, you may bake them in the oven, or you can dehydrate them for an even healthier option the following day.

1 cup pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds ideally purchased sprouted, if not, rinse and dehydrate first so they are germinated 1 cup walnuts soaked 1 cauliflower large head of ½ teaspoon sea salt whole unrefined Herbs and spices as desired
Grind the seeds in a food processor until fine.
Add nuts, cauliflower, and salt and blend well to form a dough.
Remove from processor and knead with hands if necessary.
Form the dough into 4-inch round bagels with a hole in the middle.
To Bake a. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and place the bagels on a baking sheet.
b. Bake for 25 minutes. Check to see if the dough is still moist in the center, continue baking until done.
