Green Banana Flour Crackers Recipe

Equipment

  • 1 blender
  • 1 dehydrator
  • 1 Non-stick sheets

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cups filtered water
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • ½ cup organic green banana flour
  • 2 tbsp unfortified nutritional yeast
  • ¼ tsp Herbamare
  • 2 tbsp golden flax seeds, freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients in order to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture onto a non-stick sheet on a dehydrator tray.
  • Let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Score the crackers into the desired shapes.
  • Dehydrate at 120 - 122 degrees for 45 minutes then lower the temperature to 105 - 113 for 8 hours or overnight.Flip the sheet over and peel the sheet away.
  • Continue dehydrating for another 8 hours or until crispy.
