Greens Flax Wrap Recipe

Equipment

  • High Speed Blender
  • dehydrator with dehydrator sheets

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flax gel made from a 1:1 ratio of flax seeds to water
  • 1- inch ginger peeled
  • 2 pcs tomatillos cut into quarters
  • handful mixed greens
  • ¼ teaspoon kelp powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • sprinkle cayenne
  • sprinkle chipotle

Optional: Up to ¼ cup water, for blending consistency

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  • Adjust consistency if needed.
  • Pour onto a dehydrator sheet on a dehydrator tray and dehydrate at 115°F for about 4 hours before flipping.
  • Continue dehydrating until dry but still flexible.
