Equipment

  • High Speed Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head kale
  • 1 handful broccoli sprouts
  • 1 cup sunflower sprouts
  • 1 handful arugula
  • 1/2 head collard greens
  • 1 pinch kelp powder
  • 1 teaspoon each optional of herbs: horsetail, nettles, alfalfa
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate powder optional
  • 2 cups water or more to desired consistency (or use unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk)
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons tahini optional

Instructions
 

  • Add everything to a high-speed blender starting with the liquids to help the blades.
  • Blend the ingredients until very smooth.
  • Add stevia if needed for sweetness.
  • Pour into a glass or jar and enjoy!

Notes

*You can always leave some of the blueberries out of the blender and add on top, if you prefer to eat your smoothie.
