½ cup hemp seeds 1 cup water 1 Handful arugula 2 chunks romaine hearts ½ stalk stalk of celery 1 Handful kale ½ cup Brazil nuts 1 Small piece turmeric root 1 Small piece ginger root 1 tablespoon cinnamon ¼ teaspoon Himalayan salt 10 drops vanilla stevia 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 Pinch of Luo Han
