Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup hemp seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Handful arugula
  • 2 chunks romaine hearts
  • ½ stalk stalk of celery
  • 1 Handful kale
  • ½ cup Brazil nuts
  • 1 Small piece turmeric root
  • 1 Small piece ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • 10 drops vanilla stevia
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 Pinch of Luo Han

Instructions
 

  • Blend hemp seeds and water until smooth.
  • Add arugula, romaine, celery, kale, and Brazil nuts. Blend until creamy.
  • Add turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, salt, vanilla stevia, lemon juice, and Luo Han. Blend again until fully combined.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
