- 2 tea bags or 2 tsp loose-leaf tea e.g., Spring Dragon Longevity Tea, Egyptian Licorice, or ginseng
- 16 oz purified water
- ¼ cup almonds soaked
- 1 tbsp raw organic pine nuts soaked
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds soaked
- ¼ avocado
- 1 handful arugula
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder or carob
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder or extract
- ½ tsp ashwagandha powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon optional
- ¼ tsp cardamom
- ¼ tsp fennel powder or 2 drops fennel essential oil
- ¼ tsp saw palmetto powder or tincture optional
- Sweetener: ¼ tsp stevia or 3–4 drops Sweet Leaf Stevia
Optional Additions:
- 3 fresh figs raspberries, or strawberries (if not sensitive to blood sugar)
Brew the tea with hot water and steep for 10 minutes. Cool if desired.
Blend the tea with all ingredients until smooth. Adjust sweetness and spice to taste.
Serve warm or over crushed ice. Enjoy!
