Ingredients

  • 2 pcs apples optional
  • 1 pc thumb size fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper or 1 habanero
  • 1 pc cucumber
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 handful fresh mint
  • 2 cups dandelion greens (or other bitter greens)
  • Optional: plantain, creeping Charlie, violets, red clover

Instructions
 

  • Juice all ingredients.
  • Add optional herbs as desired.
